Grape: 100% Tempranillo
Vineyard: Our own vineyards. In the foothills of the Sierra Cantabria from vineyards with more than 30 years old in goblet training, located in Rioja Alta. This wine is made from the native grape, Tempranillo, and
makes use more than eight generations of experience. Sustainable farming and manual harvest.
Crafting: Carefully picked grapes. Tanks with gentle techniques to bring out all its attributes. After 12 months aged in barrel and another 4 months resting in bottle.
Alcohol: 14 %Vol.
Tasting: Deep cherry-red colour and shades of brick red. Red berries and traces of vanilla and coconut with great character. Full-bodied, velvety and sweet palate with a long-lasting finish.
Pairing: Iberian cured meat, grilled meats with piquillo peppers
