Grape: 100% Tempranillo
Vineyard: Our own vineyards, more than 50 years old in goblet training. A lot of care is taken and hard work is done in the vineyard to ensure that our wines end up with silky tannins. We select the best clusters, those who producing smooth, voluptuous wines with intense and vivid colours.
Crafting: Malolactic fermentation in new American oak to preserve all the colour and structure. Free winemaking without following the Rioja Crianza criteria. Aged for about 14 months in new American oak barrels and in bottle for over a year.
Alcohol: 14% Vol.
Tasting: Full, vibrant red-violet colour with ruby highlights. Fleshy and ripe red and black fruits on the nose along with notes of new wood, vanilla, coconut and abundant spices. Complex, elegant, unctuous and well structured wine.
Pairing: Red meat, game, elaborated dishes. Suitable as dessert
wine, with patisserie or chocolate.
