Grape: 100% Tempranillo
Vineyard: Our own vineyards, more than 50 years old in goblet training. A lot of care is taken and hard work is done in the vineyard to ensure that our wines end up with silky tannins. We select the best clusters, those who producing smooth, voluptuous wines with intense and vivid colours.
Crafting: Carefully picked Tempranillo grapes grown in our vineyards that are 50 to 70 years old, over 500 metres above sea level, and influenced by the Atlantic. New American barrels are use to age the wine for 24 months and 12 months ageing in bottle.
Alcohol: 14,5 % Vol.
Tasting: Cherry hues with a brick-red rim, ruby reflections and noticeable legs. Its scent is reminiscent of ripe fruit, plums and cherries, with mild toasty, cocoa and vanilla notes. Complex, elegant, unctuous and well-structured palate. Polished tannins with complex spices that lead to a wide long finish.
Pairing: Red meats, elaborated dishes, game and poultry
