Eirin Shuzo is located in a rich natural environment surrounded by the towering Mino Mountain Range behind it and the Chikugo River, the largest river in Kyushu. We use the abundant subsoil water that springs at the foothills of the Mino Mountain Range to produce its prized liquor.Today, we produce not only Japanese shochu but also spirits such as gin, vodka, and rum. In this exhibition, we would like to introduce you to a new special gin.
The ICHIDO project was launched by six members who met in Chicago, USA. We want to make Japanese sake more familiar to people overseas by helping them learn more about how to taste and enjoy it.
A Japanese Craft Juice producer created a new range "Fruits + Nigori Sake", collaborating with Kikusui, a sake brewer from south Nagano. Blending Honjyozo Nigori Sake and craft juice has resulted a harmonic marriage of tastes. We use real fruit juice all grown in Japan, and no artificial flavor is used. So they pair well with various dishes and on the other hand, you can use them as dessert wine too.
Kirishima Shuzo is a Japanese traditional distillery found in 1916.
We produce "shochu" a Japanese spirit which uses sweet potato from Kyushu and Japanese rice.
Since we focus on quality, only using Japanese ingredients and always trying to make high-quality shochu.
The product "Kuro Kirishima" is a well-known shochu brand in Japan.
We currently exported to over 25 countries worldwide.
Founded in 1874, Hayashi Shuzo is a family-owned sake brewery located in the mountainous region of Gifu Prefecture. The 12th-generation owner and toji (master brewer) is Ihyoe Hayashi and we are committed to producing high-quality sake based on his three core principles.

We start with growing semi-organic rice in our own rice fields. Rice, yeast, and the water, all ingredients are local.

We are one of the leading exporters in Japan. We are now exporting mainly alcohol products such as Japanese Sake & Whisky, and food products for restaurant use and also for retail shops.
aa aaSatsuma Shuzo is a shochu distillery in Kagoshima southern tip of Japanese main islands. All products are produced in south Kagoshima by using selected high-quality ingredients. Sweet potato shochu “Shiranami” and barley shochu “Kannoko” is loved worldwide. Please enjoy our uncompromising tastes.
We own 24 hectares of organic tea fields and 3 tea factories.

In 2022, the company will obtain an alcoholic beverage manufacturing license and begin manufacturing and selling Japanese tea liqueur.
The concept of Japanese Tea Liqueur is "Starting a culture of making a toast with
Japanese tea, that Japan can boast to the world".
The toasting drink, Japanese Tea Liqueur, combines “Organic tea”, “Liqueur” and
“Bubbles” to give you a taste you have never experienced before, with a surprising
finish that will leave you smiling.
The "Umami”, “aroma” and “color" of tea were expertly extracted from high-grade
organic tea leaves separately, before finally being delicately blended. Then, the
tea was blended with alcohol in a carbonation tank made in Italy, and sparkling tea
liqueur with fine bubbles was born.
Founded in 1906, Usui Shoten is challenging sake that is truly one of a kind with their brands Monten and Monsay.
Each is an attempt to impart the depth of flavor and mystery born from the terroir of their local surrodings in Nagano Prefecture's
Omachi City, a special place that was once home to a manor of the famous Ise Grand Shrine.
We utilize a precise science in order to create the richness of vintage sake which can only be achieved through adequate maturation. Sake that has reached a new domain that no one has reached before. A vintage for mature adults who understand the depth behind maturation.
