First distillery entirely dedicated to spirits in Quebec. Located in an old church, we produce over 400 000 bottles per year. We also offer a co-packing service resulting in more than 25 SKUs available at the SAQ coming out from our facility.

Les Subversifs means ''being subversive'' which we praise our product to be rule-breaking by overthrowing the established order. Each bottle tells a story with the character that had marked their time. These characters are painted by one of the most well known Quebec painters Marc Séguin.

Our product at the moment are exported in Spain.
