Located in beautiful Quebec City, Canada, Stadaconé Distillery (pronounced "Sta-Da-Co-Nay") exists since 2019. Using the name the Native Americans were giving to Quebec City prior to French settlement, Stadaconé means "where the river shrinks" as the St-Lawrence river becomes the St-Lawrence gulf right after our city.

Our most important value is to always use real ingredients: our Ready-to-Drink cocktails, called Gingria (sangria made with gin), are using real gin and real juices. Since 2021, the Gingria brand experienced a rapid growth with the following recipe: not too sweet (9g of sugar per can), real juice (thus a real mouthfeel) and attractive funky style artwork. The Gingria Red won a Double-Gold medal in 2021 in New York RTD contest.

We will also exhibit our premium gin, called Stadaconé Noir, that won Gold medal at the San Francisco Bar Tender award. Really complex, it does not taste what is smells and the aftertaste is also completely different. A real tasting experience!
